Solving problems, both physical and technical, with minimal oversight. Be able to communicate these solutions to management through documentation and communication. Qualifications and Experience Comfort with networking, cabling, and physical installation of equipment is essential. Expert-level network and system administration is not required, but the ability and willingness to learn and resolve technical issues is essential.
