Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Developer with a background in full-stack web application and database development on customer-facing, data-driven solutions.Lead Software Developer will be responsible for design, development, test, and support within a small team environment.The ideal candidate will have agile development experience in modern web frameworks & data architecture processes.

Additional responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Balancing the needs of internal and external priorities effectively Collaborate with a team of developers, analysts, subject-matter experts and guiding, coaching and mentoring other them through:

Code Reviews Brown Bag/Lunch and Learn Sessions Acting as an Engineering Advocate Deliver scalable, performant full-stack features & functionality Enable a modern, responsive front-end & multi-platform experience

Required Skills: Experience with front-end development (React, Angular, CSS/HTML, JavaScript, Jquery, etc.) Rails/RSpec React+Redux/Jest AngularJS 1.4.X/Karma Good Knowledge on UI/UX Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum) and working in a team environment
