Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Lead Software Developer with a background in full-stack web application and database development on customer-facing, data-driven solutions. Lead Software Developer will be responsible for design, development, test, and support within a small team environment. The ideal candidate will have agile development experience in modern web frameworks & data architecture processes.
Additional responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Balancing the needs of internal and external priorities effectively
- Collaborate with a team of developers, analysts, subject-matter experts and guiding, coaching and mentoring others through:
- Code Reviews
- Brown Bag/Lunch and Learn Sessions
- Acting as an Engineering Advocate
- Enable a modern, responsive front-end & multi-platform experience
Required Skills:
- Experience with front-end development (React, Angular, CSS/HTML, JavaScript, JQuery, etc.)
- Rails/RSpec
- React+Redux/Jest
- AngularJS 1.4.X/Karma
- Good knowledge on UI/UX
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum) and working in a team environment
